Planning permission has been granted to build ten luxury apartments and one detached coach house. The individually designed homes will be built to an exceptional standard, set within an attractive and peaceful landscaped setting in this highly sought-after location, within a short walk of the Stray and the Harrogate town centre.

Build work will commence summer 2021 and we anticipate completion late 2022

Harrogate Road, Alwoodley, Leeds

A development of six new build luxury apartments located in the popular Alwoodley area of north Leeds. The build works are programmed to complete in Autumn 2021 and there has been encouraging interest from customers following the start of work on site.
