Current Project
The Park, Cookridge
Our largest project with Chartford Homes to date, where Pullans are providing land and development funding plus management support for the project, transforming the 10-acre former Cookridge Hospital site to provide 155 new build houses plus the conversion of 3 listed buildings to provide a mix of apartments and extra-care accommodation for the elderly. Works on this substantial and complex project are ongoing and will continue through to summer 2024.
We have found new owners for the listed properties on the site, which now provide much needed community resource for the area. These have been taken forward by the Lighthouse School providing specialist education services, Stonewater Housing Association a national provider of supported homes, plus Housing 21 who provide much needed extra-care accommodation for the elderly. These heritage buildings have now been restored to their former glory and are fully operational.
The development of the remaining upper section of the new housing site is underway and demand continues to be high following on from the success of the earlier phases. We are excited to see the final phase of this quality new development progress through to completion.
