Our partner, William Paul Architecture is a niche architecture and design practice, with a focus on the London residential sector. The WPA portfolio includes open market, affordable and multi tenure housing, as well as smaller high end bespoke developments, where the scale and nature of their projects varies widely and includes new build, refurbishment, extension and conversion. Pullans provide the land and development funding, and management support for the joint venture business.
